I rent monthly for work and have always had a great experience. Zoe and Ethan are always helpful. They provide excellent service and always treat me with respect. I would definitely recommend them and enterprise if you need a rental.
Called Enterprise 2 weeks before to confirm that they have Q3, was told that they do have it. A day before the trip was told that they don’t carry these at all and there is nothing that can match, was offered rav4, had to cancel.nupdate:ntried to find Q3 at another locations in ottawa, but unfortunately they didn't have it for such a short notice.nEnded up getting an Elantra from the Carleton Place location. The stuff was friendly and overall nice experience. Tho, still very frustrated with the initial Q3 problem.nlast update:nthe stuff was actually great, they went an extra mile to settle the problem, and it looks like I wasn't charged for the Elantra. If I could, I'd give 5 stars to the CP location and one to the head office or whoever manages calls.
I picked up the car In Carleton Place. The staff there were very good. Upbeat, personable and thorough. Made sure all my question were answered and I was satisfied before I left. Best staff experience I’ve ever had at a car rental agency. Great job Carleton place team
Amazing staff! Couldn't ask for a better place to get your ar requirements taken care of, very knowledgeable and courteous staff! 10/10 for overall experience
All three people I dealt with when checking the car out and then back in we're lovely to deal with. Friendly, professional, helpful, efficient. Easy pickup and dropoff.nnVery easy to fill out the rental request online at the last minute, and they were flexible with the pickup time as well.
