Wish i could give less than one star. It was my third time in a row. Everytime i booked on enterprise website it shows i have an availability for my drop off location. If i call and make a reservation then also i get the confirmation email. Service is terrible that they cancel my reservation all the time saying they do not have any availability. Its is just that this location people are ignorant saying its my problem.nIf i can make a reservation online and if website shows it what is the big deal to arrange a vechile. I see a bunch of vehicles at the parking lot available for pickup i am sure they would allow me to rent to a different location.nThis would be a false marketing as a customer i plan my trip accordingly but at the last minute they canceled out of no reason. Overall it seemed they don't care or even apologize for the mistake and this review would be helpful for someone.
EDIT: FRAUD!!!! GAVE ME CAR CLAIMING IT HAS WINTER TIRES... IT HAS BARE ALL SEASONS!!! $16/day for all season MAKING ME WAIT FOR 1 WITH WINTERS!!!!UNSAFE PRACTICES!!! These people charge extra to have winter tires on their rentals... IN TIMMINS!!! The summer tires visable in the lot are racing slicks too boot. Nowhere near enough tread to pass a safety inspection. No wonder they are the preferred company for insurance companies. Pull out of their driveway and you've got another claim on your hands!!! This time your not covered.. unless you chose to pay out of pocket for protection...Disgusting practice sending drivers out on Timmins roads in winter without winter tires. Completely unsafe.
Absolutely stellar people at the Enterprise Timmins @470 Algonquin. Spoke with Tanner and Renee over several business rentals and have never had a better car rental experience!
of the many times i’ve had to unfortunately do business with this particular rental place, there has not been a single time where it has been a smooth process, or a stress free experience, I dread every time I have to step foot in the building.
Super SHADY business, has a lot full of vehicles but claims they don't have any. You can book online for $200 but if it's one way they'll request $600 or there isn't a vehicle available {is there or isn't there a vehicle}. And if you manage to make an online reservation they'll cancel less than 3hrs before via email. And when you show up they will make a pity speech about how Timmins is a small rural town who can't afford to give cars up for one way....Timmins is a beautiful town and one of the biggest in the North, a booming mining town. Save the pity speech for someone else, if you don't want to provide service - cancel yourself!
