Tried to ADD a day to car rental over a week in advance - only to be informed that this was not possible as I had prepaid my rental. There was absolutely nothing they could do to assist me with picking up vehicle one day early...not that they didn't have a vehicle but I had prepaid. The customer service was unbelievably horrendous. Obviously Enterprise has zero customer service skills. The experience in dealing with their customer service resulted in me canceling my reservation a week in advance & paying the $65 cancelation fee and booking with another rental agency. I definitely would not recommend Enterprise Car rental

Always have had great service with the front desk team, especially “Peter 5stars service always from him!” I would have given a 5 star over all but it’s more towards the shop part “cleanliness, I have found many things in the vehicles as well as garbage and other un mentionables as well as to the extreme of elegal items and since then I always check so it doesn’t fall back on me, If you know what I mean 😳“ also has issues that it was not always full of Gas or windshield washer fluid empty” but my one rep that I have dealt with 90% of the time and excellent customer service! He is always making sure his clients are happy, he has been great to compensate for any issues or inconvenience. The rates have been really great compared to all others in Timmins as well I love the unlimited mileage option! I know their hands are tied on allot and that’s due to corporate be he goes over a beyond “to his limits” to make sure your satisfied and a happy customer. Another issues that really upsets me, is when you call to get a price and compare the price online “same rental company” I done like the fact that If the price is lower online, you have to book online and they can’t make the ajustements to compare the rate. This bothers me allot since it’s more work on the clients end, also mainly If everyone books online this just causes a impact on employment. Technology/online services is taking away jobs 😔 I rather spend the $10-$15 dollars more and use the customer service to protect jobs. I have rented from them for almost 5 years and will they will continue to have my business 😊

Always excellent service. book ahead and you usually get upgraded for free because they rent out so many vehicles

Very disappointed with the Customer Service I received today. I am not a high maintenance customer or one to typically write reviews. I believe her name was Nicole and I called around noon today. She was very short on the phone when I was trying to gain information about booking a car on behalf of a large company that I work for and made me feel rushed. When I told her why I needed a car she immediately tried to deter me by telling me about a drop -off fee that wasn't even relevant to our scenario. Shortly after she gave me a price that was much higher than what I was seeing as a quote online. When I asked for clarification on what I was being charged for to cause the price discrepancy she replied "then book it online". At this point, I decided I will be booking the car elsewhere.
