I just rented a car from enterprise. I reserved on line, when I arrived at Enterprise to pick up the car, i was given other vehicle options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, provided outstanding customer service, in an environment that is extremely customer service oriented. I am beyond impressed with staff on March 20 2024 and the manager/supervisor, phenomenal service no surprise charges.. will def rent a car again from Enterprise
I haven’t rented a car in a long time- but I had to send a review as my experience was amazing!! Right from the beginning- Nelson was great , gave me an upgrade , and was professional- car was immaculate- just came out of the wash. I was offered a drive home by Mike- who was also great- !! What a well put together team!!! I would highly recommend this branch!!
We needed a rental car through insurance after our car broke in a accident. So we went to this place, staff was rude, ignorant towards the situation no sympathy the way this girl at counter served us was very bitter. They had no cars to give us , i get it. But you should At least know how to talk with a customer. Politeness and humbleness does not know this place.
Cristina was amazing. Went above and beyond to help me with my rental for a long road trip. Car ran beautifully! Like new! Great prices. Would definitely recommend!
Even after confirming with location multiple times that my identification and address were in another city and that my move had NOT taken place yet, the location cancelled my reservation last minute. This left me missing extremely important appointments that have fines now attached for last minute cancelation not to mention the health risks I'm having from not being seen for the post OP care I needed.nI will NEVER rent from this company again.
