Best rental car in Regina. But be careful that their address on google map always not accurate. I tried to correct it but street number still stuck at north Albert st. You should take pictures before you leave cause their staff hardly inspect body parts carefully.
Very impressive!! All the employees work there is so calm and kind even though it looks very busy! Very professional!! and they gave me a free ride just after I returned my car.. stunning!! I'll definitely recommend this branch to my friend. Thanks!
My rental was supposed to be ready for 9am. They said my rental was being cleaned and should be ready in 10 minutes. The car wasn't ready until 9:40am. The wait wouldn't have been an issue if they had actually brought me a clean car. The inside was disgusting, coffee or pop spills all over the counsel, garbage left stuffed between the seats from the previous person, chocolate and crumbs all over the counsel, the gas wasn't even full. The outside was dirty as well. Furthermore, I was supposed to get a vehicle that was similar or somewhat comparable to my bmw that was getting fixed. They gave me a Mazda6 that is no where near comparable to my car. My husband called them and told them the car was filthy and that the car was not comparable to the one we're having repaired, they did take the car back to have it filled with gas and had it cleaned. But they said because of the weather it was only -26 this morning that a lot of their cars didn't start or weren't working. We live in saskatchewan, they should be prepared for situations like this. And for them to tell me to wait 10 minutes while the car is being cleaned, but I end up waiting 30 minutes and get a car that is filthy is NOT okay. This place is a joke and I can guarantee I won't be dealing with them again.
Only problem was they didn't tell us no pets in the car. But it was no big deal they let it slide this time. Great service but their call router hangs up on you instead of leaving you on hold. So I found them hard to reach by phone.
