Poor service. They claimed to have called about an Enterprise online reservation not having the proper vehicle available. Assistant Director of Van service claimed his colleague added a note that call was made and message sent. No call, no text message and no email was received announcing any cancellation. Were not able to offer any proof of call after I showed no missed calls. I showed up on the morning of rental 36hrs from time of booking and they apologized- but offered no solution.nnIf you are in need of a van/truck from Enterprise on rue Bourque in Sherbrooke- consider going elsewhere.
Excellent service by dedicated professionals. Have rented here several times and Josue has always been attentive to my needs and a fine upstanding gentleman to deal with.nThank you Enterprise!!
I called them on a Tuesday to make a reservation. They were supposed to call back the next morning. Nothing. I called them Friday date of reservation to confirm. They didn’t answer for like an hour. The receptionist seemed nice but quite frazzled. She said I’d missed my reservation, to which I responded that I never got a confirmation from them, so…. Anyways, they were super low on cars. They were going to have to work hard to even find me something despite having had a reservation.nnI called budget out of desperation, because I need a car today. They answered immediately and had a car available right away.
Had a very nice experience with these guys. I could not take the car back due to some unexpected work issues; they took the car back from my place without extra charge!!nPrices are competitive, no hidden fees. Will do business with them again.
