This branch does not deserve even one star. I reserved this morning and went to pick-cup a full size car. 30 minutes prior to 10, I got a call while walking towards the branch from a female agent. She pretended that no car is available, although I made the reservation and the website was full of cars in different categories. This also happened the same morning with a Budget branch under the same pretext. Simple lies and no professional ethics. It is certain that they wanted to lease the car for a higher price for another client. What amazes me is not only the lies, but clients who never make reservations online so they can get a better price, but choose to go to this or that company while having a cellphone at hand!

Super service, everything was in order, clean and functioning. Very satisfied !
