We rented a Toyota , nice hybrid . Staff was very helpful,they even drove us to the train station.
Called today, to reserve a vehicle through insurance, come to find out, our local store doesn't have any vehicles available for when we need it. Poor, poor, poor service how sad. Horrible call service, couldn't understand the woman on the phone due to noise, and she could barely speak English.
Excellent service. Our flight arrived late ~1am. They stayed open for us. We couldn't have been happier. It was snowing.nI don't know his name but he was not a white guy. Dark skinned young fellow. Thank you so much for your kindness.
We needed a Van/Suv from Enterprise through our insurance. We called two days in a row asking for a Van/SUV. They told us that they were fully booked out with nothing left on the lot. I took a little stroll down to the Enterprise off the King George Hwy. When we arrived there was 2 minivans that was sitting on the lot and about 4 SUVs.nThis rental car company is a big joke and they are liars. I will not be doing any business with Enterprise in the future.
Not a bad experience at all. Service was 5/5 for sure. They made sure everything was going smoothly. The vehicle itself was satisfactory. I'd rent here again, it's also the only rental place in town though.
