What a joke! Reserved car 3 weeks ago, showed up today to pick reserved rental car up, they gave our reserved car away! Said we were late and told us it's like reservations at a restaurant if you don't show up at reserved time. I picked up my mother from Vancouver with my father and baby in tow. Friday 3 days before Xmas. Then driving back up to Squamish estimate pick up time for car was up 12, showed up at 1 only for the enterprise manager to tell us he gave away the rental. What a Fuc#€£*! Joke. My parents visit 3 times a year and usually rent from the airport. We thought we should rent in Squamish cause they come with snow tires. What kind of car rental company treats reserved cars like restaurant sittings? They could of made repeat customers from us as my parents come to visit their only grandchild often and rent a car. Horrible service, disgusting. Restaurant sittings cannot compare to car reservations. We will never use enterprise as a car rental company at any location. Bunch of poor management particularly at the Squamish location in the Ford dealership.

26th February 2017: UPDATE: We have now being waiting for almost 4 weeks for the district manager, for our location in Squamish BC, to reach out to us to discuss the poor service I talk about in my review written review below.
This is very poor customer service Enterprise.
Hands down the WORST service i have ever witnessed by a car rental company. The male employee working at the Squamish location at The Coastal Ford location this morning (February 6th 2017) should be ashamed of himself and the service he gave my wife.
He did not have her rental car anywhere near ready for a pre arranged 8:30am collection to get her to Vancouver even tho we arrived at 9am the rental was not cleared of snow nor dug out. When my wife asked politely about why this was he out then decided that was rude to ask such a thing and refused to rental the vehicle to her. This employee is 100% not customer service focused and due to this i do not recommending using this location or company to anyone.

Look for the Enterprise location at Coastal Ford. Once there you will find helpful and friendly staff
