I would definitely rent from this particular enterprise and I would definitely recommended it to others. The staff in this establishment OMG,,, are definitely A1, meanning (awesome).It's just a great place to do business. Everyone doesnt have customer service skills, but enterprise, you have an fantastic team at 12510 telegraph. Great job!

Staff are not friendly and the atmosphere is really rigid and business like, not customer friendly at all. First rental experience the car was not well cleaned. Second experience the key fob stopped working and employee accused me of damaging it. Will not return to this location unless it's under new staff. Rates were good, vehicle gas consumption was excellent.

Truly Enterprising! I rent from Enterprise on Telegraph Rd in Taylor Mi. The staff is and has always has been patient, knowledgeable and helpful . I never find a need to rent from anyone else. I have told any and everyone who will listen that they should rent from this location just because of the exceptional customer service alone. The only "downside" out of all experiences I've ever had with Enterprise (as a whole and this location in particular) is when I booked an economy vehicle and because there were none available at time of pick up, I was automatically upgraded (for free) to a compact suv. While the vehicle was great over all, it did end up costing me a tad more in fuel than I would have liked. However, it was a learning experience in a very comfortable ride and I certainly didn't mind that much.

Awesome customer service! Never had any problems. I had to return a rental but had no one to follow me up and they had one of their drivers bring me back home.
