Fantastic service! Had a FedEx truck smash up our new car while on vacation up on Mt. Hood. Alejandro helped us get into a great rental car at a great price. Saved our vacation! He was great to work with, and seemed very concerned about helping us out. I have had great luck with Enterprise in the past, but Alejandro really helped to bump them up a notch or two in my mind.

wonderful customer service HOWEVER today it took me 55 mins to get my rental WITH an appointment. the issues were not office issues, rather maintenance, fueling ect.

All things considered, the folks at this Enterprise location did a great job. The facilities leave a little to be desired in terms of comfort, with the office situated inside of a large shop area tucked in behind a car dealership, but no complaints. All of the cars I saw were clean and in good repair, the vehicle I received was in good shape as well. I will certainly revisit this office and team the next time I need another set of wheels.

These folks at this office really care and do what they can to take care of your needs. Only place we will rent a car from.
