Don't go on monday mornings understaffed and long wait times to get your rental even if its pre booked

The lady on the desk made an error that caused us to almost go thew our insurance as there was a ding "caused by us" on the truck. We faught with her saying that there was a ding before hand and it was recorded. After an hour on the phone, and nurmous times of saying it was recorded. It turned out she had the wrong number for the account. She didn't appoligize and made it out ot be a technical error.

Only 1 person on staff daily so you have to wait and it's almost impossible to get them to answer the phone but they are incredibly nice.

Time after time he will tell You he has a Malibu or chrysler 200 and You will do good if You get more than an aveo or fiesta. He will lie as to whether he has a vehicle then when You get there you stand for hours waiting for one to MAYBE come back. Just a disgrace
