I’ve consistently had a positive experience with the Enterprise in Lloydminster. The staff are always extremely friendly and provide excellent service. They offer a good selection of cars, making it easy to find the right vehicle for your needs. Whether you’re renting for a day or a week, this location is reliable and pleasant to deal with.
I am taking a chance by doing this review before I am done dealing with this location, but I legitimately fear that I will be treated unfairly when I do return the rental car I have.nIn all my life I have never felt so taken advantage of by a business and their employees. I have never gone through any sort of insurance claim before and have relied heavily on the help of everyone involved in keeping me mobile; including Enterprise Lloydminster who deals directly with many insurance agencies. Today I was met with “it is not our job to know what your insurance covers” and “we did tell you it was optional”.nFrom the day I picked up my rental I questioned the rental agents if the “extra insurance” was necessary and even explained that my financial situation was not good enough for unnecessary extra costs. I was told that if anything happened I would be “on the hook” for it all and that it was best to take the insurance they offered for peace of mind. I agreed thinking they had my best interest in mind. After a week and still needing the rental for at least another week, I called to again ask if the “extra insurance” really was necessary because my funds are running alarmingly low and I just can’t justify the extra cost in my life. Again I was met with “yes, you do need it if you don’t want to be liable”. So today here I was in a situation of having to extend my rental car again, but I was going to just decline the extension and also inform my adjuster that the reason why is that I no longer could afford any of the extra insurance. Shocked, my adjuster then informs me that I do indeed have TRANSFERABLE full coverage insurance and that Enterprise KNEW that from the first email/notice that was sent to them from my adjuster. Of course Enterprise says there was no such notification.nI still have the vehicle, but now without the extra Enterprise insurance because unfortunately for me I still need to be able to get around/make a living while my own car is being fixed.nI just feel like the blatant disregard by Enterpise Lloydminster for me as a human being has taught me a very harsh life lesson. Never trust there will be kindness in strangers, especially those that can make money off of you.
I rented a Dodge Charger GT here because of a minor fender bender on my car, and I gotta say that Brook and Enterprise made me losing my car for a week worth it. I initially booked a Jetta here, and Brook offered me a Charger, which was awesome. The Charger GT was great. It was spacious, had a bangin' sound system, and it freaking rips! I had a blast with the car, and I'm considering purchasing one. Brook gave me the best customer experience with renting the car, and she made it painless. After my rental was over, the handoff was very seamless, and Brook made sure that I was dropped off at my vehicle. If I had to rent a vehicle again, this would be the place where I'd go. Thank you so much, Brook, Brad, and Enterprise Lloyd!nnP.S. If you ever rent this car, listen to Limbo by Freddie Dredd and Big Energy by Latto on full blast. It was a humiliating and dehumanizing experience renting a car from this location. I rent vehicles from enterprise quite frequently and it’s always been a great exp. The Lloyd office… I dunno. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Never had a bad exp at other enterprise locations. Just this one.
Brooke is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with.nMy rental was a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. It was very clean and comfortable.nBrooke explained all the different options and how to turn them on and off. We did a complete walk around where she showed me a few scratches that were on the car 3, I think, and not big ones as well as two rock chips that had been filled on the windshield. It set my mind at ease that I was aware of these blemishes and that I had not caused them or been operating the vehicle when they occurred.nIf you're needing a rental, I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lloydminster, Alberta
