J'avais reservé une auto pour 8:00AM un Lundi. Il n'y avait personne au bureau de Granby. De plus, personne ne répondait au numéro de Granby. Après 2:30h d'attente que quelqu'un se pointe vers 10:30, J'ai téléphoné au # 1-888 de Entreprise pour faire changer ma reservation au plus près Entreprise qui était St-Jean sur Richelieu. Probablement un Lundi exceptionnel mais pour moi ce fût très décevant.
