A solid 5/5 for this location… Eric saved the day when our rental we arrived in broke down during a cold snap. We called all other rental places no one would or could help. We took a cab to Eric and he was amazing, helpful and got us home!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Absolutely horrible experience with enterprise. I would not recommend to anyone looking to rent a car. They overcharge for repair estimates to charge customers and then take months to actually send the final fixing bill which will effect the insurance claim coverage. Not to mention for a fine of 30 euros they charge 60 euros for administration fee. Absolute joke and worst experience and service!
