Be very careful booking at the Listowel Ontario location. Even if you book, and call to confirm they will have cars, 9 times out of 10 you'll arrive and they will have no cars available or they will call shortly before pick up time to tell you that they have no cars, leaving you stranded in Listowel. One of the worse, possibly the worse location to try and rent from, try to avoid at all costs if you can.nnEmail has been sent to you DR
Very disappointed with this business, been waiting a week for a rental, after an accident, been told everyday, we are working on it and should have one this afternoon, and never hear from them. Would not recommend.
The best Enterprise location! Courtney is amazing!! she provided the best customer service, is super friendly and kind, and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about the confusion with my insurance company and made the process stress free. The rental process was quick and easy. Courtney cares about helping her customers and it really shows! Thank you Courtney for all your help!!
After my truck being stolen and my insurance company dragging there feet for 2 months, life seem to be only getting worse. But then I met Courtney at enterprise and she changed all that. She went above and beyond what she had to to help me!!!! Not only did she find me a car the same day I called, but her kindness and generosity made a terrible situation feel not so bad. I would recommend listowel enterprise to anyone. Even if you don’t live in the area it’s worth the drive.
Great friendly service. Mike Elliot was professional and friendly. Pick up and drop off was on time and efficient. Rental vehicle was clean and excellent condition. I highly recommend. Thank you Enterprise team.
