I was very impressed with the Enterprise Dundas location. We had been stranded in Hamilton after our flight was canceled before Christmas. When I called looking for a vehicle to take on our unplanned road trip, they had a vehicle ready for us within one hour. They also pickup me up at the hotel to come get the van. The manager Ricardo made things so easy for us upon return, as they let us return it to the enterprise location in Barrie our home city rather than drive back to Dundas to return it. Thanks very much!
Always professional, super courteous, on time, and they deliver what was promised every time. I rented from this location many times, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
Probably the best experience I ever had renting a car in the world!! Paisley and Caitlyn were amazing!! Professional, respectful, co-operative and extremely knowledgeable personnel and the cars they supplied were clean, sanitized and modern. They deserve 10 stars...it just doesn't get better than this!!!
Paisley was great at getting back to me and getting exactly the vehicle I needed for my family while our truck was in for repairs. She walked us through everything and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would 100% rent a car from here again - wonderful experience and customer service
Would not recommend Enterprise as a whole, but if it is your only option at least avoid this location. Absolutely disgusting operation they're running here.
Paisley is the new Branch Manager. I have found her to be extremely focused on ensuring the customer is 100% happy. The Dundas location on Osler has had a long string of excellent managers. Desk staff are also kind, helpful, and courteous. Katelyn sorry if the spelling is off was just as focused on customer service as Paisley. Thanks.
I am very impressed with the team at this Enterprise, particularly Paisley and Caitlyn. Professional throughout the process, answered all my questions and made sure I didn't overpay. They even helped me get home safely after returning the car. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
Just came back from a roadtrip to Quebec in a GMC Yukon that we rented from the Enterprise Dundas location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also pointed out one or two things that helped us save a little money on the rental. The Yukon was clean and well maintained and was, surprisingly, relatively fuel efficient with its V8 to V4 mode when highway cruising. The return process was also straightforward. Recommended!
Poor customer service quality. I was called to be promised a car with a certain make/model and I confirmed to take that car, then 3 mins before arriving to the site I was called that the car has to be given to someone else and I was offered a type of car that I could not drive. Very disappointing. The other customer should have been offered the second car especially when the first car has already been spoken to and offered to me.
Under new manager in this branch. Paisley is very professional and was able to get my vehicle in emergency at a very timely manner! Overnight return was very smooth and i was charged very honestly. Thanks for your help!
