I've never been compelled to write a review on a customer service experience until I had to deal with Tianna from Ensurco. I can only speak on my experience with broker Tianna. The Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Rude, lack of common sense and reasoning, impossible to reach and when and if the call was returned the universe stopped when speaking to the most unpleasant simp Tianna. Days after requesting the most basic of tasks one would think the average broker would be able to accomplish before even being trained she would find a way to sabatoge the basic request. I honestly believe Tianna would find boiling a pot of water to be a difficult task. No big deal though it took me about 15 mins to find someone with half a brain cell in their head to take my money. Can't speak to the capability of the other brokers, however, if you would like to maintain faith in humanity do not talk to the waddling piece of excrement named Tianna from this broker!
