Enlightened Organizing

So happy with our new primary closet. Curtis was great to work with and his installation team was meticulous.

Working with Curtis and Futa is always such a pleasure. We have collaborated on two projects with Enlightened Organizing. First, a garage storage enhancement which was so exciting. It transformed the space from numerous unorganized piles of miscellaneous belongings to a smart looking garage/cloakroom. More recently, we needed to upgrade numerous closets and a laundry room in two new construction condos. The team, including designer Scott, translated all our needs into concrete solutions. The work was performed neatly, promptly and personably. We also appreciated the reuse of existing materials where possible. The difference in the storage capacity in our units is remarkable. They may not like me mentioning this ; but they also took on the hanging of three large and awkward wall pieces that we couldn’t interest anyone else in doing. It was such a relief to have that completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Enlightened Organizing for any project!

Our garage needed organizing. Curtis discussed what we wanted, made recommendations, measured the garage, and came back with a quote complete with 3D drawings and an accessories list. The installation wnet smoothly and the quality of the work is superb. We could not be happier and highly recommend Curtis and Enlightened Organizing.

Sally organized and staged our home for sale. It looked beautiful, even using many of our own pieces but it better ways. The house sold within 24 hours! Communication, setup etc were all top notch. Highly recommend.

The product itself was of good quality, and the installation was well done. However Curtis, the owner was hard to communicate with, and I found myself left tracking him down, reminding him, and waiting too long for a response. I didn’t feel like a valued customer, I felt like an after thought while he focused on larger projects. He tried to squeeze too much into a work day, was not available to help with the installation even though he made it seem like he was. When I asked for leaniency on price because of my experience, he was totally inflexible. Seems like the only thing he was able to do timely was send a fairly pricy bill. I feel three stars is generous.

Would recommend for anyone! Sally and her company do an amazing job at keeping you informed while being honest in dealing with all matters. You can tell that she puts her heart into the company and that says a lot!

Curtis provided excellent customer service after a bit of a hiccup in shipping not the fault of Enlightened at all. I would most definitely shop here again.
