I confess that the only reason I haven't rated this place yet is that I have been trying to convince everyone I care about to come here and I selfishly didn't want it to get too busy. I have been a patient of Dr Boutros for the past seven months. He is an exceptional family doctor - very knowledgeable, patient-centred, and respectful. I recently needed to use the walk-in clinic as well and was equally impressed with that service and with Dr Naidu. I have found the staff very helpful and responsive to email or phone inquiries. They even offer free parking in the back, or underground if the back lot is full. All in all, joining this practice has been a very welcome and refreshing experience after some disappointments elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Really like this clinic. Always friendly and treated with respect. We are never kept waiting to see the doctor. Love Dr. Naidu.

Dr Knapp is my amazing Family Doctor so I go there him ( I give him 5 stars as a doctor!). The place isn't as bad as everyone says but requires improvements. Wait times can be very long for your appointment (usually 1.5 hours past your actual scheduled time). It is not perfect but I found the staff to be average in terms of customer service. I like they have the TV but OMG please don't play the same thing all the time. I want to burn my eyes out seeing The Smurfs two times during my visit waiting (maybe put on cp24 or a list of shows that are in a playlist.). Also while your at it why do you have the TV connected with a RCA cable to the DVD. Pro-Tip! Use a HDMI cable so the tv doesn't look like a potato.

Every thing about the clinic is great can't get any better . Same doctor now for 45 years the best. Thank you Doc for everything you have done for me and my family .
