Great little place for brunch/lunch. Wife and I go there all the time for lunch and tea. Great cozy little space and great service. Food is also great. It could use some spices in my opinion but that to be expected with English food most of them think pepper is spicey. Food is great none the less! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill cozy lunch spot with some tea!
My daughter brought her daughter for her 7th Birthday. The high tea was beautiful and delicious. The little girls had so much fun. So did we big girls

The is one the best places in Mission for lunch and is a great tea room. The is good quiches, sandwiches and soups. The quiche comes with a salad. The selection of tea is quite good with many to choose from. They have a nice selection of cakes for dessert. The cake was tasty.
Went for high tea with my mom and sister. It was amazing! We’ve done tea several places and this is hands down the best. And with the nicest staff to boot!
So friendly, food is always terrific. Casual and comfortable and prices are good. And again, like magic! Fresh foods, carefully prepared, with great service! They made a tuna salad sandwich taste twice as good as everywhere else.

I can't say enough positive things about this place! Their food and atmosphere is lovely, staff is so kind and welcoming, and they were surprisingly kid-friendly for a place that normally serves with fine china. Took my 2 year old for breakage, they had a high chair, they made him a child-temp steamed milk and his own little breakfast plate, and had child-friendly dishes too. Super gracious about serving him also. I love coming to English Tarts on my own, but we will definitely be back for another mother - son date also!
Travelled to Mission to visit friends from high school. Main street has changed since I lived there. This lovely shop has a wide array of teas and coffee and baked goods. Very nice and cozy place to sit back and relax.
