THE BIGGEST CHEATS/CROOKS/CRIMINALS/BANDITS/THEIFS/LOSERS in all of of the city. They INTEND not to pay you. As a contractor, we did the work and only got bounced cheques, empty promises and threats to call the police when we lost our temper. If you are a builder don't work with these guys because your project will only be delayed and delayed. If you don't believe me, call the Best Western Hotel in Bowmanville and ask about their building abilities. The owner Parm and his father are Legally Bankrupt so you can't sue them..We are still owed $15,000 for our roofing services and never expect to get it back.

Do not work with this company. the owner Parm and his father are crooks. They hire unskilled, untrained and incompetent workers who can hardly speak English. They give out bad cheques that always bounce. They never finish jobs. Always problems with these guys. Avoid at all costs!

Do not deal with English Prestige, they wouldn't pay you for your work. The last cheque we received after an year of the job completion from them was bounced and they would just not issue a replacement cheque after 5 more months of collection efforts.
