We always love our experience at the Englehart Esso!! The staff is always super amazing… they even remember our names and our kids names!!! Playful, polite, also the store is always clean! Always stocked up with cool candies and treats! We love our Esso, specially the staff!!! Great experience!
There has been a new girl that started and she is not friendly. She doesnt watch the store outside twice I had to come back in and pay for my windshield wash because I forgot. She doesnt greet you like the other staff. It's like we are disturbing her. When she is on the floors are not clean as they were before with other staff. The older staff that has been there is fantastic. Love the girl that works on Monday and the guy that works overnight. They're the most friendly people.
Saturday morning July 23 2022 stopped at this place in the middle of northern Ontario to use the washroom and hopefully get a coffee or something anything really would be good go into Tim Hortons and the guy behind the counter that just finished emptying garbage in washrooms is trying to serve me without even washing his hands WOW So I ask for a blt knowing they won't have bacon and I was right so I went to the store which clearly says open 24 hours convenience store well doors are locked with a sign in the window saying go to window so I go to the window ask about how to get something from in the inconvenience store and he says through the window so I ask him for a bag of muncho chips and he has no idea what I'm even saying after repeating myself 3 times I finally said can you just let me in and I can show you and he very rudely says you can't talk to me like that and slams the window and walks away once again WOW I'll never in my life ever stop at this place again ever and by the way the bathrooms were disgusting in Tim Hortons sad sad sad.... Shame on whoever owns this establishment!
A few months ago we used the pay air at the Esso and it was not working. We reported it to the staff and they said it would be fixed. Tonight... Christmas day we needed air in a tire, paid our dollar and the machine is still broken. We went in to the store and the staff insists it's fine. Come on folks, this is a pretty new facility, some maintenance is necessary.
Love the lady’s they have had in there the passed year they are always nice and sweet and have a Great conversation with everyone and making connections within the community great girls
The Englehart Esso is always clean! Extremely friendly staff the girls working there are amazing! Very helpful and they always have a smile! I feel comfortable and safe going into the store. No complaints from me and we will continue to go back. Also love getting points for gas!

I visit the Esso in Englehart to buy supplys Lottery quite satfied. They previous 2 girls where outstanding with coustmer service. New Girl just started is not and I go in her phone is Blairing and shes always talking on phone her people skills are really below standerds. Her coustmer service is below average.
Few days back i visited this esso gas station and i was unable to find some stuff so the new girl who was working there helped me to find the stuff. Service was extremely good! Thanks to preet
