Encounter Tea is a new bubble tea store in Pacific Mall. There are healthy sugar options and tapioca with no brown colouring dye. Overall, the green tea quality is not bad. The tapiocas are below average. They are slightly overcooked and softer for my liking. Since I am a lover of all teas, I will not kick it out of my bed if I find it there. The drink is approximately three stars but I gave it a bonus star for healthy options!
New place at Pmall. Not a wide selection. The person working that day didn't greet us, and didn't inform us ahead of time that there's no more mochi, we were a bit disappointed since we were there for that : but other than that the service was good, the drinks are just okay the bean bean drink, and the tapioca is good.
Such horrible service. When I ordered my drinks and asked for a bag, they literally put it on the other end of the counter instead of handing them to me, which was completely inaccessible because there were two other customers in the shop. The worse part was when I asked nicely if they could hand me my drinks they were completely unresponsive. This is unacceptable customer service and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Tried the maruo bean milk and bean bean milk. Absolutely the worst I tried in Toronto. Even no sugar is too sweet and the maruo and cheese creama have a weird taste. Definitely won’t come back.
