Encore Mechanical was founded in 1982. The company was taken over eight years ago by John Cecile who has been with the company since day one. John is the reason why Encore has been so successful over our 31 years of business. John has now teamed up with his sons Jeff and Joel and daughter Kailey. Encore Mechanical is now a fully family owned and operated company. With the drive to be the top Mechanical company in Windsor Encore Mechanical has grown from 7 employees to 25 in the last eight years in order to keep up with their forever growing relationships with customers. We assure you that you will be extremely happy with our services and our friendly employees. We will always stand behind our work.

I order two Honeywell thermostats through Encore Mechanical. Two time Honeywell sent them the wrong ones. They ordered the third two, and after almost three weeks of waiting I cancelled them. They credited my account for one of them, and charged me a restocking fee of almost $300.oo even though it was not my fault. I will never in my lifetime have any dealings with Encore Mechanical, and if asked by anyone I will advise them not to deal with them unless they want to be taken. I will not give them even a one star rating, but had to give them one star to get this posed.
