We had a false alarm with some of our basement sensors. Empower Admin stepped in and we had a tech to the house within a few days. He was well prepared with covid protocols and we were very happy with the services they provided. They replaced some old sensors and tested the system. Overall very happy.
Had a few questions to ask them and they answered me promply and offered me many suggestions, even though I ended up not making a purchase with them. Extremely profesional, and took the time to help out a non-customer with their concerns. Thanks again!
