Online pricing is not updated, and there are no pictures of food, so it's hard to order. We wanted take out. The service was great, and food was pretty good. Will probably visit again.Food: 5/5
Food is great. Restaurant has never cut the size of the portions. It's seems like every time I go back for an order they raise their prices. Will return but not as often as before. Parking: Can park on both sides of the building.
My sweet and sour chicken had sweet and sour drizzle and when I called they told me I should have asked for extra if I was to order from any other restaurant my chicken would have sauce on it not drizzle not a place I will ever be ordering from in the past
Customer service has went way down hill here! Bring the guy back that was friendly please!!! I was waited on but a very rude 12-13 year old girl that clearly did not want to be helping anyone. Food was same as has been but if they tell you it will be ready in 10-15 mins. plan on waiting longer.
A staple restaurant in Oregon Ohio. My Szechuan Chicken combo. Generous portions. Lovely woman answered to go order and pickup. Always delicious. If you like authentic Chinese food then you’ll like this
Me and my lady went and had shrimp fried rice egg rolls n drinks n gravy. Food was hot fresh fast and awesome.
I don't know if they are under new management or what's going on but customer service went from great to absolutely miserable. Edit: Gave this place a second chance. Made a huge purchase for a bunch of my students. They forgot a bunch of food. Mind you they pack everything and staple the bags closed so you can't check anything. I get back to my office and start handing out the food mid way realizing so many items are missing. I call the business back to explain the items were missing. The lady hung up on me because I asked her to stop screaming at me over the phone. My personal opinion she thought if she yelled she would come out the one right in the situation. I gave up after that. Not even an hour later the nut case calls me and asked if I was coming back for my missing items. Girllll no I'm not coming back after you took my money, denied the items were missing, made my students share with their peers, and then an hour later admit your wrong. This place has absolutely gone down hill!!!
Lomain noodles were spaghetti noodles the whole order was cold will not order from empire again cashier sprayed my card with alcohol I had it my hand she took it anywhere I've been the customer runs their own card I did not ask her to touch my card the food was not worth it again will never get food from there again
The employee was rude and unprofessional she was yelling at myself and my family for no reason whatsoever, she served us chicken that was hard like a rock I don’t recommend anyone ordering food from there at all period .

For My Kids Birthdays or When We Celebrate Anything Special,... My Kids Ask for Empire to Be One of Their Presents! Even Though We All Like Different Types,... Empire Fulfills Them All! Thanks for Being There for 3 of Our Generations! My Daughter was Happy and Excited that We Made the Wall When We Celebrated Her College Graduation! Thank You Guys For Always Being There for All Our Special Occasions! God Bless to You All!
