Poor customer service! Does not honor the sales in store! I was with my wife at this...

I'm a newbie for snowboards and I'm still in the phase of shopping and getting educated from friends and online sites. But when you're spending that kind of money on something you're oblivious to, I think it's great to stop by a specialist. At first, I was very skeptical about entering "big box" stores because I'm afraid to get poor advice from staff that are their to simply work there for their paycheck. To my surprise, the moment I walked in, I was amazed about the set up and the choices they had. Very nice store. There were staff every where...so, it was instantaneous to get help. Store wasn't super busy,so I guess that helps. LOL Nonetheless, the clerk that served me was very enthusiastic, professional, and helpful. He really took his time 15-20 mins even though I told him that I'm just shopping and browsing to explain me the different cambers, company boards, bindings, shoes....very helpful and a great experience. Although Empire might not be the cheapest in price, is the difference for the equipment is $50-100, maybe I'll consider giving them the business. Not like Oberson. One of my worst experience as a customer.
