Solid lunch stop for a good price. Mongolian beef was tasty. Egg rolls are extra crispy but not overdone, on top of very friendly greeting.
This was my second time here i came back just because i liked the food but i gave 1star because their customer service is really bad the girl at the front is very rude with customers i like the food its really good delicious but that girl is why im not coming back to this restaurant anymore **I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT **
I rarely post. I am very health conscious and predominantly choose what I eat for nutritional value. There are plenty of very healthy and TASTY dishes on the menu. They give very generous portions of proteins as well. Excellent.
The original owner retired and, based on my most recent order, it’s obvious. The recipes are similar to those from the past but the quality of the ingredients especially chicken has taken a nosedive. The chicken used now is stringy & chewy - not anywhere near the definable chunks I’d see in the past. Way too much soy was used in the preparation so the overall result of all the dishes we ordered was “mushy”. I’d take a pass on this place in the future.
The crab Rangoon was perfect but the cashew shrimp.. I want my money back it’s nasty, I miss Chicago China town because idk what they gave me but it was giving anxiety because I didn’t know what was in my food or what it was but it wasn’t what I ordered .. disappointed
Since the original owner retired food quality has gone down dramatically would not go back I dont recommend what a shame went back to give them another try what a mistake didn't think they could make wore they did never again
The worst meal I've ever had from Emperor's Kitchen. The chicken in the combination fried rice and their specialty Emperor Chicken dish was severely overcooked and very dry. It was impossible to eat. Had I not lived so far I would have returned for a full refund. If you're ordering tonigh stay away from the chicken dishes.
There good is always pretty good and one in a while exceptional. My family has been getting delivery from there for a few years.
This place went from being the best around to the worst around. Egg rolls filled with nothing but tasteless cabbage. Shrimp egg foo young with the tiny dirty CHEAP shrimp and again no taste. What happened? Not worth it anymore. Sorry.
They raised prices and cut portions...and not the best taste new cook or who knows what they changed...i was customer for years with covid brake and i can tell difference...last time bought food from them
