This place is horrible! You don't even have fun anymore! They used to let you win, more than never, but now you're lucky to win your bet back on ALL SLOTS! Way too tight. For how much money of mine they've gotten, I win NEVER. & I mean never ever ever.. They should be ashamed of themselves. I guess that's how they can afford to remodel & build parking garages & whatever else they're doing... It's sad

The Emerald Queen Casino does not appear to be concerned about the comfort of their players, especially since they turned one of the public restrooms in the front of the casino into an employee only restroom. The employee restroom most likely would have been more practical in the area where the employee break room is located. Furthermore, it would benefit the players if the casino thought enough of it's patrons to make the restroom doors handicap accessible. It's not right that many of the handicap individuals have to run their wheelchair into the restroom doors or depend on another person to open and hold the doors of the restroom for them!

The lobster buffet is really the best part of this casino. The buffet price is good, the food is good, the lobsters are small but you can eat as many as you want. The casino is very smokey. Just getting to the buffet, my clothes smell Smokey. The casino is dark a d dirty. The parking lot is a mess. Just getting to the casino, the road is a mess

They need to stand by their commercials and really let people win more often! Great sub sandwiches and buffet! They tried to day I was dunning and dashing but I paid with my comp ticket,! Go figure  !

Perfect place to have a good night at the casino. Good food and great complimentary offers. Sometimes busy during nights and weekends, but overall it's a nice place to meet up with friends or grab something to eat.
