I was pleased with Emerald Valley...it was clean and the staff gave me helpful suggestions for my particular needs.

If I could do a review with NO stars, I would. Nothing has been done to keep this place tidy. There's a mine field of trash to wade through before you can get to the doors that don't open or close properly. The floors are dirty and look like they haven't been swept in months. I don't know what the restroom was like because they keep it locked when there isn't an attendant there. I bought two loads of laundry soap ($3) and deposited it into the machine. After taking $5.50 of the $6 I was paying for my load, the washer stopped taking my money and wouldn't return what I'd already paid. I had to buy more soap and move my clothes to a different washer. I called the number on the door, as there was no attendant on duty. After almost an hour, I received a call back from an extremely rude woman claiming to be the owner. I explained that I'm travelling through, and would like someone to come give me my $8 rather than wait for it to be mailed to me. She interrupted me to tell me to go put an out of order sign on the machine, and that the attendant wouldn't be in for two more hours, give or take. She wasn't quite sure when HER EMPLOYEE might arrive to be able to give me my money back. She said she would call the attendant and call me back. When she did call back, all she had to say was that she couldn't get a hold of the employee. There was no offer to come to her place of business to give me a refund at any time. I didn't receive any more calls from Donna regarding my refund. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't go here!!!

Not too bad. Plus they have a huge dryer for comforters and sleeping bags.

Nice place, especially if you avoid rush hours. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is clean for the most part.
