We use Emerald City Roofing on all of our commercial and residential projects, and we have for over a decade. All of our roofing jobs have been done extremely well, with no issues. The owner, Mason Webb, is a stand up and honest person. I recommend him to everyone. Great company.

We had new roof installed less then 6 years ago and all it has done is leaked.Called them it took over a week to call back,2nd time I had to call 3 times before they got back to me.They patched my roof twice,the third time they NEVER came or called back.We had a different roofer come out and patch again.All three are in different places on front side of house.I now am getting a whole new roof by another company because my roof is ruined.I have water stains on my walls and ceiling inside house.I had 6 different roofing companies come out and look at roof,all said it wouldn't last another year.I called Emerald and well they won't return my calls.This company does horrible work and don't stand by thier warranty.I have 30 year guarantee and in less then 6 years I need whole new roof.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Do you love having to do your own follow up? Do you love business owners that do not know how to return phone calls/email/text messages? Does it thrill you to find out that after two months of a home visit, you have to call the warranty company for a status update only to learn that NO claim for your warranty has been issued? Do you want to do business with someone who, when you call and tell him that that the warranty has not been processed and tells you he'll check into it and call you back, then NEVER does? If you answered YES to any of these questions, look no further than Emerald City Roofing. Incompetent customer service at its finest. Mason from Emerald City Roofing should not be in business if he cannot even manage a phone call. *Update: I emailed Amber Bills (I got the referral from her via facebook). I informed her that Mason still hasn't contacted me and that I was planning on leaving reviews stating such. She contacted him and told him he needed to call me back. He DID call.
