Michael Qiu is one of the best sales men in your branch, all others are great
Very unproffesional salesman mohit. We called emco for order placement and ask for 2 sec. hold he hangup the call. When we went there he was so rude and unproffesional. We were consulting about the product. He rather answering the product specifications, he was cross question about our knowlegde. He need learn some proffesionilism and customer intraction. Should try to be nice to people and the emco customer service standard.
All staff are awesome. They are so accurate and literate.nThank you guys.
Very well stocked. Very professional service. Tony is super helpful and kind. He sold me a cast iron double cross T and spent much time guiding us. I'm truly grateful. These little experiences turn causal customers into loyal customers for life.
Sales person was not willing to listen to the details of my problem and did not bother to think of any solutions
