They needed a death certificate to hand over a will and I asked them to give my original back and they charged me for a true certified.  I felt $50 for that and a copy of the will was not called for.  Having ran a business ourselves we often copied things for clients and didn't charge especially when it came to an issue like dealing with a death.  Not pleased at all.

Friendly, knowledgeable and patient.... 3 great qualities to look for in a lawyers office.  Highly recommend!!
