Called them to replace some bathroom ceiling fans. They answered and said someone would call me back later that day to discuss. But they did not call. A few days later I did get a call back which was nice and the man asked a few questions about the fans I wanted like to install ones with a light or not. Then he said he'd call me back when they figured out when they could come out to install. I asked if he could give me a time frame and he seemed irritated and said "in the next few days" without giving me a concrete day or time. I never heard from them again. Apparently they don't want my business. Disappointing to be blown off.

I had this company fix a stupid mistake that I made. The repair was quickly taken care of with no snickering so, I would consider him very professional. Definitely try this company!
