One malaka lady there, instead of serving customer, she’s on the phone talking. It was a Sunday by 2pm.
Jimmy is a great admin Person
Hello! I hope you guys read my message, I went there today to buy a bag of 12 breads, the one for $2.50. I gave 20 dollars to the guy, he gave me back $17.00 I was cleaning my glasses when he put the money at the countertop. A friend was with me, so I said to my friend to give him only $2 for a second bag cuz he owed me $.50 ... Immediately the guy said gave me the $17.50...which was not true... I know it's not a lot of money, but he knew didn't give me back the right amount...I also empty my pocket infront of him, he was able to see no $0.50, and just ignored me...I hope you guys have camera there at the store in case you would like to check, I was there between 12:00 to 13:30 on Feb 19.
it's good, cheap bread, but it never lasts more than 2 days before going mouldy i've bought it 5 times now so I can't eat it :
Sold at many grocery stores across Montreal, typically at the Intermarché, the bread from Elmont is my go-to for something cheap, delicious, and nutritious. They make a variety of different breads, including rye, challah, and pumpernickel, among others, with a loaf usually costing something in the ballpark of $3.
Always go there for fresh bread and the expiry date is longer compare to grocery stores simply because it’s comes out of oven
Great bagels...rye bread too! Always go there when I visit
Great place great taste and Jimmy his really cool
Best place for all types bread
Best rye bread. If you go to any good deli, they use rye bread from here...
