I’ve been a member for a few months, I applied for a small loan to consolidate credit cards and have a little cash for a move. Kim was nice to me when I applied and said she would contact me the following week. Today I went in to deposit a check and asked the teller if I could just pop my head in and ask about the status she said that was fine. I walk in she’s chit chatting with someone who must also work there. Mind you there was only the one teller working the front and window by herself at lunch hour so just said hey I applied for a loan last week was wondering the status and she just goes oh yea those type of loans they don’t like to do unless you have debt with our bank, so she didn’t bother contacting me. So I said what if I apply for a personal loan? She said for what I said personal? I’m moving? She that much? It was only like a 6k loan, and I have a 760 credit score all of this infront of her friend. Kinda felt disrespected and didn’t even bother to call me. Definitely closing my account before I leave.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Worst bank ever to deal with when paying off a house. Due to their employee's miscommunication, they took out another payment. I'm out on disability and now have extra charges due to thier negligence. Before this I was contacted and I responded every time about lowering my mortgage interest, only to never recieve the paperwork. Which was the reason I payed it off. Never again will I deal with a local bank out to screw the little working men & women.

States the hours were confirmed 6days ago by phone call that is incorrect they said they are NEVER OPEN UNTILL 6PM so save your time or don't waste you time thinking they open until 6 4pm its done.
