The timers seem to run faster than actual time

I went to wash my car, put my money in the machine, and it ate my cash and gave me no car wash. Fair enough, things break down...but I've called their phone number several times and have never heard anything back. The frustrating thing is, besides calling this number there is no one who works there to actually talk to. Very frustrating.
