Never again. There were ridges in my floor after it was installed and the owner refused to come look at what his installers did. After a month of trying to get someone from Ellis Ineriors to come fix it, I called my credit card company to do a charge-back. Within an hour, the installer contacted me to come back and fix the uneven flooring he had installed.
