I had an excellent experience with Elliott and Trainor. My husband and I were wishing to buy a house through a private sale and we worked with Attorney Bridget Trainor. She worked diligently for us for weeks to make us the contract for deed to the house. She communicated with us consistently and provided us with the information we needed to make the best decision. She worked well with the other party's attorney and relayed information between the two groups promptly. Her knowledge and experience were impressive and we had no doubts that we were in good hands. She is also well-respected in the community as when we mentioned her name (e.g. to loan officer), they had already worked with her and expected good results. She is courteous and respectful and made us feel like we were important all the way to the closing. We were thankful we worked with Ms. Trainor to help us acquire our first house. I would highly recommend Elliott & Trainor.

If you do not have the money, or a case that produces enough to interest the attorneys. Then they absolutely refuse to answer one question.

Very rude and unprofessional. If i had a,question it should have been heard atleast even if u didnt have the answer. Cutting me off was unacceptable.
