First experience with a tailor in Edmonton. I came in for a simple pant alteration. Got my measurements done quickly and handed back in 2 days. Lady at counter was welcoming and had good customer dealing skills. Decent price and a good experience overall!

On the recommendation of a friend, I started using this business ten years ago and I have refused to go anywhere else since! This lady works so hard and has not once said no to us even with our last-minute requests on occasion. The work is always exceptional and reasonably priced. Too many people nowadays do not appreciate the skill level of a good seamstress! I cannot praise her work enough. I go in there with an idea of how I want something altered, and she recommends an alternative that works ten times better! Not disappointed even once. I hesitate to praise her too much, because I don’t want her getting so busy that we can’t get her when we need her! Hahaha. But seriously…she is, quite simply, the best.Service: Alterations

When I came in first time for an estimate, she seemed to know what she was doing so I trusted her with my dress. She told me carefully what needed to be done. As I told her I didn't want to pay too much for alterations, she also offered an cheaper alternative solution. She doesn't speak good English but tried her best to make me understand and to give me advices with my dress. She also gave me discount. Overall I am happy with her work and her services.

Great customer service! She did two suit measurements renting suit elsewhere for out of province wedding and wouldn't accept payment for her time. Also had her fix the zipper on a winter jacket and only cost $12 for a new pull. I highly recommend giving your business.

Very helpful . I was going to be there a little after closing. I called and she waited for me to get there. Only people who care about there business will do that. See if that gets done at large chain store, not a chance. Full respect to her.

The person doing the work is a sweet little oriental grandmother my guess, I didn't ask. She was very professional and did a great job of the alterations. I had very similar work done just a few days later at a well known menswear chain and her work was definitely better. Slightly more expensive but the price difference was definitely made up in terms of time savings!
