Excellent food and customer service here! There were a few vegan options and everything was delish. The drinks are so fancy and pretty, highly recommend! Our server was very friendly and helpful, he even took photos of us in front of the giant Bob Marley mural. Minus one star for atmosphere because with a full house it was very loud and echoey, and the table next to the door made our party chilly. Otherwise great experience. Cheers! Vegetarian options: Quite a few veggies options and many easily made vegan Dietary restrictions: They were very helpful and accommodating to vegan options. I got the roti goodaz, yam fries, and sweet plantains. Yum!
The food and staff here are absolutely incredible. What an amazing place to eat. Not your typical hotel restaurant, this food is to die for. See you again tomorrow!!
What a great spot!! Love the vibrant colors of the space and the staff is so friendly!! The food was fantastic and highly recommend...we ordered way too much in a desire to try as much as possible. Portions are pretty decent ! Next time in Cranbrook will be visiting again to try more items .
Food 4/5! Had the oxtail it was very good, with great portion size! The service was what really earned the 5 stars! Food came out fast and hot and the waitress was an excellent server! Highly recommend!
This was my first time coming and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out amazing. For the appetizer I got the poutine and WOW! It was the best poutine I’ve ever tried. For the main course I had the burger and it was delicious! The burger was very juicy and felt like an explosion of flavour when you bit into it. The fries that came with the burger were very tasty and perfectly cooked. The service was great too, quite friendly staff. Definitely a 10/10, going to go again!
Came for a bachelor party , owner is extremely welcoming. Very amazing atmosphere and the food is literally to die for. The drinks also unique tasty and well made.
We had the goat curry special and Ro's jerk chicken dinner, both served with rice and peas plus salad. Both meals were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, balanced and perfect serving size! The goat was tender and full of flavour. The chicken was also very flavourful. The rice and peas paired nicely with the meat and was just as tasty. The salad was refreshing. The meals were excellent and a real treat -- highly recommended! Service was prompt, kind and on point. Everything was noticeably very clean -- the table AND the CHAIRS were very clean and so was the washroom.
After driving for several hours I found what only can be described as an oasis of culinary excellence, incredible food with beautiful presentation and wonderful service! The owners are incredible, their staff is awesome and attentive! If you haven’t tried this restaurant you don’t know what you are missing! Every dish is lovingly prepared and incredibly flavourful, the restaurant is comfortable and nicely furnished with lots of deck space, get here early though because this place is super popular probably because the food is off the charts! The service provided by Ella and Aurora is first class, this is now my favourite restaurant ever!!!
Top Knotch service, food, and atmosphere. We were on our way to Kimberley and stopped in Cranbrook for lunch, quick google search and Ella’s looked intriguing. So glad we chose them. Our waitress was amazing. The food was very authentic. I will never forget how our waitress described the quality of their goat dishes. We will be stopping here again if we are ever in the area.
