We just recently moved near Red Deer and are so happy that we found this gem of a furniture store. The owner is so professional, super knowledgeable and there was no high pressure sales tactics. We are over the moon with our purchase, we got the best deal ever, delivery was set up on the day we requested. Everything turned out perfectly! I would highly recommend anyone looking for new furniture to check out Elites Home Furniture - you won’t be disappointed!!
My husband and I got a sectional here last week after we saw my brother and his wifes beautiful new couch set they got from here. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of the product. Their prices are great as well, as we had been searching for the right couch for our space and for the right price for about a year. Everything we had been looking at elsewhere for this level of comfort and size was double the price. The owner went out of his way on a Sunday after hours to make sure we coule pick up our couch since my husband works away. We will be back for future furnishing, thank you!
we went in on a sunday to see if we could find a sectional that we loved. it took no more than 10 minutes and we found the perfect one for an amazing price!! there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, yet the lady was always around if we needed something! before we got ahead of ourselves, we needed to go home and measure our space first! we didn’t have a measuring tape, so we asked to borrow one and we would come right back! there was no hesitation with letting us borrow one. we paid for the couch and was told the one we wanted in the colour we wanted wasn’t going to be here until mid-july, maybe even later. we got a call about a week, maybe a week and a half later, it was here! we love it so so much and we will definitely be recommending elites home furnishings to everyone!!
Both Jad and Sewar were great to deal with, Very friendly and knowledgable about the products. I love my new sectional. It is extremely comfortable and looks amazing. After looking around I found that the price was way better than any other competitors in our city. I would highly recommend Elite.
Much better than all the furniture stores in Calgary. Excellent customer service and fair prices. The owner Jad went out of his way to help us and make sure we got the exact bed frame we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely shop here again!

Excellent customer service, found the right mattress which is a memory foam and a bed frame for a cheap reasonable price. A very nice place to shop and accomodating staff. Would highly recommend to buy your mattresses and furniture here. Thank you to the owner and his wife who assisted us.

Not pushy. Super helpful. Patient. Awesome service. Gave me options I hadn’t considered and I went with. Very happy with decision. I purchased a bed frame, mattress, a sectional and ottoman. I had a question about the ottoman I purchased and was messaged back in minutes. I would recommend and will return.
I’ve had an amazing experience at this location. The furniture is the best quality in town and the staff are very professional and kind! The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic!
