This spot will be new hot spot in Downtown Glen Ellyn. Great customer service and delicious Boba tea with real infused tea ingredients. Very cool atmosphere too. I can imagine lines going out the door in the next year. Way to go. We are your new regular customers. I don't like my teas too sweet so I get it with less sugar. Customize it to what you want. I absolutely love this place! My past experiences with Bubble Tea have been bad, and this place has secured Bubble Tea as one of my favorite drinks! 1. Such a cute spot, perfect for aesthetically pleasing pics and selfies. 2. He ability to choose the “sweetness” level 3. Such a wide range of flavors, boba etc. 4. Quick service!
One of my favorite boba places, and also at a very convenient location for those who live in Glen Ellyn! You have to go here if you already haven't! ***I recommend the brown sugar milk tea, signature tea, and strawberry matcha! IF you have a bad experience, it's probably because you ordered a flavor that doesn't suit your taste. But so far any flavor I've ordered has been delicious! I also really loved the raspberry yakult green tea, okinawa pineapple yakult, the flamingo tea, and other fruit teas/yakult mixed drinks as well.*** I like their tapioca - not too sweet, or hard/chewy- the perfect sweetness and texture. I like their cheese top a lot too! If you're hesitant about the cheese top, don't be and give it a shot. Overall, a great place to get **authentic** Taiwanese bubble tea. Comparably at the same level as my other favorite boba places such as Bobar or Uni Uni. If you like Bobar or Uni Uni, you'll love elitea! Also their decorations are really nice and aesthetic! There's plenty of seating too. Staff is very friendly too You can customize sweetness of drinks based on your preference. Before this place, I'd have to drive about 20 mins to get boba, but now there's this amazing place within 5 mins from our home!
Today I came here as my second visit. The bubble milk tea has always been my kind of drink. Tapioca here is generally good. The milk powder in the milk tea is kind of overwhelming but I can accept it. Unfortunately, in my second visit, they changed their ordering machine to make you pay tip if you don’t want to pay tip, you have to click more buttons. Stores like this should NOT try to get tip. There is no waiter/waitress service. I will not go back again.
Very delicious boba! I really love original/black milk tea with boba, and they make it perfectly every single time! Another plus is that they have an order kiosk with a touch screen that makes it easy to order when the employees may be busy or you want to see pictures of the drinks before you order. My only qualm is the parking situation because sometimes it's hard to find parking, but other than that it's a great spot!
It was our first visit to Elitea. I was surprised at how extensive their menu was. They had a lot of options. I was very pleasantly surprised to see they had non-dairy options because I cannot have dairy. They also had caffeine-free options for our son. The boba was fresh and delicious. I've never had such good-tasting boba at a bubble tea place in the area. We had the brown sugar bubble soy milk tea with boba, the triple berry smoothie with oreo cheese topping, and the signature milk tea with oreo cheese topping and boba. All drinks met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was helpful with answering questions and was personable. The environment was comfortable and a place we could see ourselves sitting and relaxing. I found the prices very reasonable for the boba tea but we've paid more at other places. I got the strawberry matcha latte with yogurt popping boba and 50% sweetness. It tastes amazing! Love it and will be back for more teas
My daughter and I frequent bubble tea shops and this place is now our favorite, by far. So many choices and ways to customize your drink so that the possibilities are endless. I especially love the ability to adjust the sugar level and add a cheese top. Everything I've had here has been absolutely delicious. Staff are also friendly and helpful. I also really like the option to use the electronic kiosk.
Love this place! We're here to visit family and decided to try out some Boba in Illinois. We ended up getting the brown sugar Boba and lychee smoothie and it was probably one of the best boba tea I've had so far I'm a little obsessed with it so I've had my fair share of Boba tea lol. Totally recommend trying this place out.
