Stay away from paul. He talks and looks very nice but once you are under contract with him. He refuses to answer your calls and even tells you that he does not have time to show you houses when you are available. He wants you to have time for him when he is available. He locked me under a contract without telling me and latter he informed me that if you go with another agent than he will take me to court because im under his contract for 3 months. He did not explain to me justed asked me where to sign. Watch out for him. Don't get fooled by his scum that he offers if you sell and buy your new house with him he will pay you back 1% .
