I agree with the review of the organization. The pediatrist was wonderful, quick, and friendly; however, the staff assisting me with figuring out my insurance overlooked the primary/secondary insurance information, resulting in an overcharge until I return to the clinic to be credited. My appointment isn't for another two weeks where I will be given the proper receipts to submit online and retrieve the monies I paid as a deposit.

Great staff and have the things to diagnose and adjust your gait, and feet issues. Takes Green Shield and bills direct!

Very disappointing experience! Friendly people (hence a star), but disorganized. Both my wife and I ordered new custom orthotics this year. Elio's billed our insurer the maximum for each pair ($450 in my case, and then $500 in my wife's. In the meantime they had learned that the limit had been raised $50). I went first, and then accompanied my wife to her appointment, where I ordered and paid in advance for a second pair ($195). Neither my wife nor I were seen by the same person twice, i.e. different people for the custom fitting and for the dispensing in both cases. When my wife went to her second appointment, at which she was to pick up the second pair I had ordered, they had the time of her appointment wrong (although there was no mistake. My wife had put it into her 'phone as she made it). They also insisted that she pay for my second pair, although she recalled my having paid two weeks before. They wouldn't take her word for it and put the charge on VISA. I called and told them over the phone that I had my online VISA statement right before my eyes showing that I had paid on such and such a date. They were unable to confirm this, and so my wife had to drive back to Thorold to show them the VISA slip. (I could have scanned and emailed it, but that too takes time and who knows whether they would have questioned it.) There are plenty of places closer to home to get custom orthotics. I won't deal with Elio's again.
