I started going to this salon in 2019 and have never looked back! The whole team are lovely. The environment is uplifting and welcoming. They offer lovely refreshments also! The stylists are all highly skilled and have a high attention to detail. I love that the salon is always working to make improvements and developing as a business. My hair has always been thick and long and when that started to change I decided to book in with Carl to see if he could help!  Carl managed to fit me in between clients, and I am ever so thankful. Very happy with my new look!  All the staff are friendly and professional! Refreshments and snacks were offered which was a lovely touch. The salon itself is beautiful! Clean and well kept!  100% Worth travelling from Leicester! I look forward to my next appointment. If you are looking for a warm, friendly and professional service then I highly recommend the team at Elevate!

I had such a great experience here!! Carl happened to be available so he cut my hair which was nice! All 5 members of the staff I interacted with were lovely! I don't live near curly hairdressers so it was the first one I have ever been to and it was excellent. They really understood what to do with my curls and gave me such a cute bob cut and diffuser styled it too. I love it. It was my first time having my hair done at Elevate and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and nice, I felt really comfortable and reassured. My hair was completed to perfection by Marvin!!!! He did such an amazing job with my itips dye to match my hair and a beautiful finish! Think I’ve found a place for my hair to call home, will definitely be back! Can’t want to take my birthday pictures. First time visiting this salon,  and I only did so because my regular hair dresser was indisposed and this place came highly recommended.  Well I was not disappointed! From the moment I sat in the chair to leaving i had good customer service.  The products used were all quality products, and nothing was skimped. My hair stylist Ola new exactly what she was doing and was confident in handling my hair. Not all hair dressers know how to blow dry longer hair in particular,  well. But Ola was not afraid to use that brush! All in all a good experience. Shop is clean, bright and airy, well laid out and accessible. I would recommend if you are looking for a new hairdresser.   Highly recommend you book, not sure they take walk ins.

Great team, Latisha has such a lovely finish. She is also very knowledgeable I would reccomend her. I love the lady who also does the hair washing I did not get her name but she is so gentle, yet so thorough. I think a big part of why I prefer her style of washing is she's not wearing acrylics so she doesn't scratch your scalp harshly and i have a very, very sensitive scalp! Next time I will solely ask the Red hair lady to complete the washing, as on this occasion she took over from another person washing. She washes the scalp thoroughly and also give a slight scalp massage which is so lovely! The team have a great connection with one another which is very light hearted banter and really positive to see a happy workforce. I have been here before, years ago, i was impressed back then and they are definitely still doing there thing now. I will definitely be back!

It’s been a long time since leaving a good review so I’m very happy typing this. My former hairstylist betrayed me and moved away so I was in the market for a new place when I found Elevate. AJ did my style and cute and I love it. I’ll definitely be back. Everyone in the salon was friendly. The salon was clean and easy to find, there were snacks too. Only downsides were that I had to call to book an appointment as opposed to booking online, my wash took a while and they had run out of the hand wash in the toilet.

Took my mum to Elevate today as I’ve heard nothing but good things. We had the pleasure of meeting Marvin who worked wonders. My mums hair is very fine, short and thin, but Marvin managed to cut & style her hair giving it some texture and making it look thicker. Thank you again Marvin, you made her feel so special today and everything was on point. We will definitely be coming back again. I really had a great experience at Elevate salon! From the moment I stepped until I left, the staff were friendly, attentive and seemed in really good spirits despite the killer heat. I had a texture release done by Latisha, who was lovely, talked me through the process and what would be best for my hair.
