Absolutely love this bakery! Stopped in to see what delicious treats were available and was not disappointed. Lemon tarts, cranberry orange scones, croissants, cheese danish, hand pies, asparagus tarts, and so much more! The cranberry scone is the best I've tried. The sourdough bread is absolutely delicious. If you are looking for exceptional baked goods, both sweet and savory, this is the place to find the best around. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are so friendly. What a way to start a beautiful Saturday morning!
Best pastries ever! If you have not stopped in to Elevate Bake Shop yet, you are missing out. I love their soups, to-go dinners, and amazing quiche. Everything is high quality and delicious. Chef Dave’s pies are so impressive! My guests always say “This is the best apple pie I’ve ever had!”
Delicious food with great customer service. I highly recommend any of the hand pies Indian Curry or the Green Chili Pork are my favorites. Their breads and desserts are perfectly cooked. It is well worth the time to visit this lovely micro-bakery!
Every item is handmade with love and you can truly taste it in every bite! I was shipped some of these tasty treats and still were so fresh and moist when I got them. If you’re lucky enough to be in the vicinity of this place, do yourself a favor and go! This place is special
Great pastries. I wasn’t a big lover of Danishes until I went here - they have mastered the art of the layered dough. Also, the savory hand pies and the beef bomb are amazing. The country sour dough is my favorite bread. Everything I’ve tried is delish.
David made the most delicious lemon cake for my birthday! It was a bit of a rush special order, but it came out beautifully. We just finished the last few bites and were a bit sad that we had come to the end of that fantastic cake. Thank you for your hard work and lemony-sweet talents, David!

The world “elevated” in their title doesn’t just refer to the elevation they are baking at! The pasties from Elevate Bake Shop are made from scratch with care and a level of excellence not typically found in a town like IF I have only found breads like these in Seattle, San Francisco, and other metro areas. This is hands down the BEST artisan bread you will find in this part of the state. Their hand pies, pot, pies, and fruit pies are amazing -- full of fresh, high-quality, mouth-watering deliciousness wrapped in a crispy, flaky, tender crust. Their quick pickup meals and family meals are a great choice over fast food or frozen food. Finally, the staff is friendly, caring, and will welcome you in like family. It is a special gem in SE Idaho!
Went for the first time yesterday for some sourdough. We ate the whole loaf in a day, and I’m going back for more today! The best sourdough in town. I can’t wait to try what else they have. So excited to have such a wonderful bakery in Idaho Falls.
