Elements Restaurant is American Contemporary Cuisine. We offer the taste and presentation of a top-notch metropolitan restaurant.

Story

The Elements is an elegant blend of Cache Valley's warm and relaxing atmosphere with the taste and presentation of a top-notch metropolitan restaurant. Open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturdays til 10 p.m., closed Sundays.

Competing with the most elegant restaurants in Cache Valley, the Elements will not disappoint. Local hit chef Dustin McKay provides a refined and sophisticated menu with options for every diner in an atmosphere where you can truly absorb every element. With Oscar Silva acting as chef de cuisine, and Pastry Chef Heather Troyer, the kitchen is always full of superior dishes.

Sat Down at 7:00 pm on a Thursday night. Ordered our food, and got our pre-meal salads at around 7:30. Then as it gets closer to 8:30, we still have not gotten our main course, and our waiter is MIA. We finally get another person to go track down our waiter, and ask where is our food???? I explain I have to go and to put mine to go. They come back 10 minutes later with mine to go but then have the nerve to tell the other people at my table that it will still be another 15 minutes before their food will come. Its like they didn't even put our order in until 1.5 hours after we ordered it. Just Horrible. Do not go unless you have 2 hours to wait before you get your food. The one star is because I liked my salad that I ate..... The lack of the other stars is due to the lack of food that never came. We left after waiting one hour and forty-five minutes. Please also note that it wasn't even a weekend night, and all of the tables around us were EMPTY. No rush at all.

Elements was great to work with. We had called restaurants all over the valley and they all wanted to give us a limited menu and it all had to be on one check. We had a party of 40 people and Elements was by far the most accommodating. We where able to order off the full menu and split checks as we needed. The wait staff was the best, and the food was amazing. We had a great time and will be coming back in the future. Thank you.

If your plan is to spend the rest of the night next to the toilet, I suggest you find some cheap dive that will do the trick! There's no need to spend this much money for food poisoning! It's a shame that companies actually choose to host their parties here! Last year I went for a birthday party and the service was terrible! And if you're looking for good pasta, you won't find it here! I suggest you go to Pizza Pie Café if you want good pasta. Also, avoid their Mexican food at all costs! I'm not sure who started the lie, but this is definitely not the best place to eat in Cache Valley!

The food here is good, but the service is horrible. Because the food is good my husband and I would still come here to eat when we had plenty of time to kill. However, this weekend was the last straw. My husband went in to get a take out order. He sat at the bar and ordered a hamburger to go. 30 minutes later he asked where his order was. The waiter told him it should be any minute now. 15 more minutes go by and he asks about his order again. The waiter said he'd go get it right then. Another 15 minutes went by before he finally got his food. When he finally opened the to go box, you could tell the food had been sitting there for some time. The fries and bun were soggy and the hamburger was only some what warm. It's unacceptable that they would serve ruined food, and it would appear that my husband waiting an hour for a to go order when his food was sitting there ready for half that time. I can't believe how inconsiderate they were of his time. You honestly expect your customers to wait an hour for their order and then serve them cold, soggy food? The whole thing was ridiculous.

My family has been going to this restaurant for years and we were incredibly disappointed with our recent visit. We had a large party and two of the meals did not arrive until after everyone was done eating. Mistakes happen and that is understandable but the restaurant made little effort to make up for it or apologize and that's what's unacceptable. The meals were not even comped and when I requested they be comped (which I shouldn't even have to do), they came back after 10 minutes with a 40% discount. I will not be returning. They saved $10 at the expense of return customers. Bad management.
