Power out in ensuite and we had a showing in an hour! Couldn't get it sorted and called Marc. He walked me through the issue over the phone and had it sorted in about 3 mins! He was even patient with me while I muddled through his instructions.....back on track with no charge in minutes! Thanks Marc!

I called at 0800 expecting a answering machine, got a human!!!  I needed information on my panel and we chatted a bit about it explained what I needed to know.  He could have come out a charged me but he didn't...Free info is hard to get these days!!! Thank you
