It's called Eldorado for a reason. Something magical about this park. They have playground and lots of picnic areas but I recommend taking a walk around all the accessible parts of the park. I guarantee you'll feel serene. I recommend visiting at a less busy time and stepping into the river. Great for meditation, yoga, thai chi, breathe work, all the things. There is lots of parking on site. The trail is closed off. One of my favorite parks Playground: 2 playground. Great for children. Restrooms: Fixes washrooms and portable washroom. Dog-friendliness: Dogs on leash allowed. Picnic area: Vast amounts of picnic areas. Some require reservations.
This is a beauty to venture in all seasons.. this time it was fall and weather was so good and taking a walk into the woods was so relaxing and had breathtaking views both for eyes and photography. Kids enjoy the playground and the fun of playing with leaf piles. Playground: Zip line, slides of various sizes, numerous swings and kinds of climbing pieces for kids to enjoy.. Restrooms: Mobile restrooms are available Dog-friendliness: It had places with barricades for dogs to have play their own play areas Picnic area: Beautiful benches few new ones across the whole park in sunny and shaddy places .
A beautiful nature park, with provisions for a family picnic. The river Credit flows through this park adding to the charm. There are vast open spaces and benches for public use. Charcoal barbecues are not allowed. Enjoyed my visit here to this tranquil place.
Peaceful place. Has a big parking space. You could see big play area with slides and other things for kids. A wide but not much deep lake/flowing water where you can sit in between using you beach/outdoor chairs.
Great place for a picnic! Short hiking trails pretty easy work little elevation changes.
Nice picnic areas. Plenty of Blue Jays during the days. Bring unsalted peanuts they love them! Park currently closes at 7pm.
Took my kids to this park and they just loved playing in the river, water is shallow and it’s very safe, great place to spend time with the family, there are a lot of tables and play area for kids. Usually overcrowd during the weekends.
Very nice place to go with kids. My kids love it here. Not only is it close to home but it also doesn't get too crowded during the week. I've never gone on a weekend but i hear it does get pretty crowded then. There are tables to eat on, there is plenty of green space to play, there are 2 playgrounds 1 for bigger kids and 1 for the smaller ones which I love. There is a pool we've never been to it. The park is well maintained, I've never seen and overflowing garbage can and staff I seen patrolling very often. The water in the river is not deep but I do recommend for whoever is going in to wear sandals or water shoes as there are many little rocks in the beginning and then get to bigger ones further in. Overall a fun place to bring kids and have a good time.
El Dorado is lovely and would recommend for family gathering or short hikes. Credit river is a huge bonus.
It's verynice Park, plenty of space available, washrooms available. There is kids park, water river access, trails for adventure.
